    The Companies registered under DMCC authority must prepare their annual financial statements per the International Financial Reporting Standards and get audited.

    The DMCC Member Companies must upload the Audited Financial Statements and Summary Sheet on the client portal within 180 days after the end of each financial year. DMCC member firms are expected to ensure that their designated auditor is registered and approved by DMCCA and included in the Approved Auditors List (AAL).
