How to Setup a company at IFZA
As an initial step, one is required to submit a license application as well the necessary documents at the free zone. In the case of residents, corporate shareholders and applicants who are located outside UAE, the documents will be different.
Following the submission of the application, legal documents will be mailed to the applicant, which must be electronically signed. The applicant will also receive pre-filled MOA/ AOA.
Once these processes are completed, the applicant will be provided a soft copy of the Trade License and Certificate of Formation. The original incorporation pack will be available at IFZA Office.
